Action Based Learning

In the Action Based Learning Model, students are provided an environment that promotes rigorous academic achievement and embrace Justice, Action, Growth and Success through the implementation of action based and social and emotional learning to prepare students for college and career pathways. SUPER School 19 is a choice school open to any student in IPS and the only Action Based School in Indianapolis.

We believe that all students deserve to be prepared for their chosen career pathway. Therefore, we will implement rigorous, effective instructional practices that engage students learning through movement and application of logical strategies that are relevant to real world experiences grounded in their personal development.
